SpreadsheetSMS is a cloud communications platform that provides organizations with the ability to contact many people at once, through text messages.
To provide this service we store limited information about every phone number you upload to our service. We use this information to maintain block lists for any recipients of your messages who request to be unsubscribed. These block lists are maintained on a per-organization basis and are not shared with any other users.
When our service is used to send text message campaigns we will share the recipients and the message contents with our text message providers. Currently that means Twilio exclusively, but we may add additional message providers in the future. Please consult Twilio's Privacy Statement for more information about how our text message provider uses your information.
SpreadsheetSMS user accounts and access information are not shared with any third party providers. However, basic usage details may be provided to other users of your organization who have permission to access that data.
We use cookies to keep you logged into our service. We do not use any third party tracking or analytics services. We do not share our traffic logs with any third parties.
We take security of your data seriously. We never exchange data with you or any of our providers unless it is over a secure, encrypted connection. Your data is never publicly available. Our servers and software are kept as up to date as possible while utilizing modern and robust security practices.
No connected service can guarantee immunity from security vulnerabilities. In the event that a breach of any kind is detected you will be notified, whether or not your data is impacted.
